The research objectives are to literature research of theory and practice among the teacher professional development. A survey questionnaire was designed on the basis of Shun De primary and secondary school teachers, data collection and scientific analysis. Some problem of among the teacher professional development, such as effective mechanism of confirmatory factor analysis and model of the teacher professional development.In accordance with the factor analysis of the teacher professional development, some model was firstly discovered, including affective social and education development, such as the implementation of the new curriculum. Based on the local reality to summarized the theory and practice of teacher professional development at home and abroad. A good environment and some effective mechanism were developed. The process will be dynamic and long-term among Chinese primary and secondary school teachers in professional development.
