Teacher professional development is stage and order, the stage of new teacher is the starting point of the career of teacher professional development, and the critical period of teacher professional development. At the beginning of new teacher’ teaching career, they need to develop every aspect of teaching skills, in order to achieve the all-around development of their professional competence. Regional game is an important part kindergarten education activities, kindergarten teachers’ ability of guiding the regional game directly affect children’s experience and the quality of their exploration during playing games, therefore, undoubtedly, promoting kindergarten teachers’ ability of guiding the regional game is the indispensable part of the kindergarten teachers’ professional development. Through actual survey, the author found that compared with the ability of organizing collective teaching activities, decorating the classroom environment and organizing outdoor activities, new kindergarten teachers are inadequate in the ability of guiding the regional game.Using the qualitative research, after almost half year of followup survey, this paper used educational narrative method to record the story of the development of a new kindergarten teacher, who works in a public kindergarten in Beijing, combined with the other new teachers’ actual experience to promoting the ability of guiding the regional game, to grasp the course of promoting the ability of guiding regional games, and analyzed the influencing factors of the new kindergarten teachers’ professional development and the countermeasures to advance the new kindergarten teachers’ professional development.Based on detailed analysis of the narrative story, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the new kindergarten teachers’ professional development from three orientations.self-understanding orientation, ecological orientation and knowledge and skill orientation:1self-understanding orientation. Teachers’ self-understanding orientation is the core factor of teacher professional development, this paper mainly analyzed the teacher’s personal philosophy of education, professional ethics, personal life experiences and personality characteristics.2ecological orientation. This paper mainly analyzed three aspects:the culture of the kindergarten, teacher group and the society.3knowledge and skill orientation. The teacher professional development study of knowledge and skill orientation emphasizes that knowledge and skill play important roles to teacher professional development. This paper mainly analyzed two aspects:the knowledge structure of new kindergarten teacher and the ability of teaching reflect.Based on the factors analysis, combined with the related study resource, this paper tried to put forward some countermeasures to advance the new kindergarten teachers’ professional development:1Formulating rational management system to ensure the effectiveness of mentoring.2Making thoughtful course plans of pre-service kindergarten teachers, and created more opportunities to participate the teaching practice in the kindergarten. 3Promoting the new kindergarten teachers’ability of teaching reflect, and helped them reflect effectively.4Paying attention to new kindergarten teachers’ intrapersonal factors, and stimulating their positive consciousness of professional development...
