Research On Enterprise Education In China University

As higher education has been gradually heading for a popularized stage in our country, a large potion of university graduates can hardly find feat jobs. This relates to the rigorous situation of the whole society, as well as the great gap between employment(instructive principle, management system, fostering mode )of higher education and the needs of outside world, especially the needs of social economic development in our country. For competition is the principal characteristic of market economy, it demands a large number of initiating individuals and groups to make an initiating and competitive Chinese nation. With this request, it will be a new trend to develop enterprise education based on the scientific knowledge actively in higher education.Based on the researches which have been done on the same subject, this paper starts from the basic theory of enterprise education, analyzes the main problems of college enterprise education in China and explores the reasons, using methods such as documentary, investigation and so on. By investigating the problems and reasons, we can explore the ways to improve enterprise education in higher education.Bearing this thought, this paper consists of four chapters:Chapter one is the introduction part, which illustrates the conception of enterprise education, summarizes the background and meaning of carrying out enterprise education in university and reviews the research on enterprise education.Chapter two analyzes the recent situation of enterprise education in university and discusses the main problems and its reasons of enterprise education in China.Chapter three discusses the development, characteristics of enterprise education in American university and it's enlightenment for our enterprise education.Chapter four presents the proposals to develop the enterprise education in universities from the following aspects: definite targets of enterprise education, teaching staff construction of enterprise education, guarantee cultural atmosphere construction of enterprise education.
