Since introduced to our country in late 1970s, the aerobics have won warm welcome from citizens and entered into high school's physical education course.So far, gymnnanstics has become the important subject of the physical education in university.The charging of the gym motions is so frequent and flexible that students always feel dazzling.The questions that how teachers play a leading role;which kind of learning method and implement to motivate students'creativity and instruct them to understand the rules of P.E and flexible use of the rules are worth discussing.According to the teaching practices and the previous researches, the research is based on the rules and characters of gym teaching to discuss the gym teaching which is instructed by"the theory of building block"and pay more attention practices and characters of the rules and characters of the gym theaching to discuss the gym teaching which is instructed by"the theory of building block"and pay more attention to asking students to grasp the tules of the subject so that they can achieve the purpose of handing flexibly. The new method of gym teaching which is instructed by"the theory of building block"applies it to design the teaching course and establish the teaching motion loom in which there are the classification of the building blocks and the representive model by using the building blocks. Teachers call for students to assemble and disassemble game among the blocks referring to the models in the room.In terms of this means,students can strengthen their grasping to the basic acts and their understanding of the gymnastics'rules when they are introduced.In order to test and verify the principle of the toy building blocks, which applied the aerobics teaching practice whether have superiority, this research used experiment and assisted the ways of doucment, statictics in specific research for it . The experiment object of this text is sophomore girl students of general colleges and universities, 60 people altogether. For the experiment group, we are implement the new ways of aerobics teaching which using the principle of the toy building blocks for theory guide,for the correlation group, we are implement convention teaching model (transmit-accept teaching model).By the teaching experiment of one term 36 class hours,contrasting the experiment group and correlation group, the research and analyze make us known,the aerobics teaching of colleges and universities was guided by the principle of the toy building blocks,it have positive promote function for guiding students to master the basic actions of aerobics,under-standing the create regular of the awebics and training the students's creative ability.The conclusion are as follows.1. The teaching practice of the principle of bricks is the futher perfect for the convention teaching ways ,it creative the good thinking space. For students think and solve problems ,it also can promote the development of students'creative thought.2. Guiding the aerobics teaching by using the principle of bricks, made students master the basic action in the limited time, improved the result of memory, enhanced the creative ability and improved the students'interest to study the aerobics.3. The precedent teaching action warehouse and the model example which using the principle of the brocks offered source material for the reform of colleges and universities buks, enrithed and developed the teaching ways system of aerobics.4. The research practice proved: using the principle of the brocks to guide students understanding the inherent regular of this course and utilizing the ruler agite.It has storing operation and advantage and have strong reference guide meaning.
