Research On Public Policy Of Continuing Education For Professional And Technical Personnel

In the economic globalization time, the essence of national competition is talented person's competition. Training talented person is a long-term process, and continuing education is a good way for training. It's very important to provide the useful talented person for the country modernization through strengthening and speeding up the development of the professional's continuing education. In our country, public policy is also very important to the continuing education's development. Public policy formulation on continuing education influences development of talent, economy and society. Taking the professionals continuing education condition of Danyang City in Jiangsu Province as the example, this article researches our country's present situation, existed question as well as trend of development of professionals continuing education, tries to provide some good suggestion on the continuing education policy for the government, through analyzing the present public policy of professionals'continuing education.
