Public hospital engineering and technical personnel to carry out medical equipment maintenance,quality control,is a strong support for the development of various types of clinical medical technology.With the rapid development of science and technology,medical instruments and equipment have developed from the original simple machinery and basic electricity to a complex collection of electronic,computer,basic medicine,physics,machinery,information;it also puts forward a high demand for the engineering and technical personnel's ability to work and skills,which requires the engineering and technical personnel to improve their theoretical and operational skills.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of medical treatment in Yangzhou,and points out the contradiction between the technical service of medical equipment and the level of engineering technical personnel,and introduces the history of the development of continuing education at home and abroad,and thoroughly researches the situation of continuing education of medical technical personnel,makes a questionnaire survey and field interview on the way and effect of continuing education for engineers and technicians,and analyzes the causes of the contradiction contradictions in engineering,and it between policy and practice.This paper puts forward some suggestions,for example,the government should strengthen financial investment,policy support,professional society should Organize and guide actively,hospital should strengthen investment and supervision and evaluation etc,by consulting domestic and international relevant theories and practices of continuing education,and participating in the international academic exchanges of engineering technical personnel.In this paper,in order to find the advantages of continuous education reform,the author uses a large number of literature and industry data to analyze the continuing education of engineering technical personnel combined with social investigation and case study;through the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and operation measures.At last,this paper puts forward that the continuing education calls for the government's public responsibility,the construction and the legislation of the continuing education system,and the establishment of the continuing education fund from macroscopic view,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the continuing education of technical personnel and clinical medical staff from the perspective of industry associations and medical institutions.
