Under the curricular reform and informational technology background, teachers'professional development have become a hot issue all over the world. To strengthen the teachers'professional development is the only way for the development of school as well as the prosperity of our education. Only the professional teachers can become"The first recourse"of a school. The quality and quantity of professional teachers in a school have respect to not only the promotion of a school and the students but also the key of the curricular reform.In order to promote the efficiency of the teachers'professional development: realize teachers'lifelong learning, self-up-to-date, development in specialized field as well as explore a scientific way on teachers'professional development , this thesis mainly discuss the mode of teachers'professional development and the author has done a lot of relevant research. The methods we used are: literature searching, action research, summary experience, result of research and etc. According to the research, we summary the following effective modes to promote the teachers'professional development: individual pilot model, school learning activity, open up school curricular, incumbency training, think back to something. that happened.In this thesis ,the structure is as following: First of all, the author analyzed the situation which was directed towards the demand and practical current situation under the informational technology background. At the same time, the author also put forward the inevitability on structure the mode of teachers'professional development under the informational technology background. Next, the thesis also analyzed the relationships between the concept, content, significance of teachers'professional development and the informational technology. Then, In order to reasoned the possibility about structure the mode of teachers'professional development under the informational technology background. Finally ,from how to structure five modes ,the author presented the significance, the way of accomplishment and the methods of five modes on teachers'professional development, furthermore, how to use informational technology to improve the teachers'professional development and can proof the scientificalness and maneuverability about structure the five modes of teachers'professional development under the informational technology background. In the end, we sum up the article and outlook the future.
