Writing is not only an important modern skill,but also a significant test of the Chinese in the natianal college entrance examination. However,from students′essay writing and the annual results of their compositions in NCEE,the high school essay teaching is unsatisfactory.The drawbacks of high school students′writing is:Students are not interested in writing .They write the composition simply to finish their tasks; The lack of materials and good writing habits contributes to the poor writing. There are various mistakes about how to teach Chinese teaching:Composition teaching has no clear teaching plans and a certain order; Teaching,reading and writing are divided; Writing in the teaching ofen ignores the autonomy of students writing; The correction of writing stays in form,evaluation of the method is simple duplication。To improve the quality of high school Chinese writing,We must pay attention to students interested in writing,concerns the relationship between writing and living,the relationship between writing and reading,develop students′good writing habits and enhance the composition of the teaching plan,focus on writing the commentary stresses the methods,enable high school Chinese writing to better play its role so as to enhance the level of student writing.
