| Life-long exercise is the reflection of social progress and culture, the need of pursuing health and better life quality and the need of human development. School PE is an important phase in the life-long exercise and is also the basis for that. It focuses on how to build a base for LLE, how to get into connection with LLE, good answer to the question is positively meaningful for guiding the reform and development of secondary school physical education.This article focuses on the school PE in SuZhou and LLE; sending questionnaire to middle school students and PE teachers, talking to school PE experts. From those practical methods, we learn the views about the reform and development of the school PE under the notion of LLE from teachers ,students and the experts. Apart from that, we also try to assure the accuracy of the date and the effectiveness of the conclusion by the way of files ,talk, questionnaire, comparison and statistics.This paper gives a deep analysis to the problems in the school PE from the perspective of LLE, and with it, justifies the policy for the reform and development of school PE.The conclusions in this article are: (1)exam-oriented education makes our PE a contradiction against the goal of LLE which asks a combination of short term goal and the long run goal. (2) Content restrictions of sports exams take effects on Suzhou urban physical education. We should design secondary school physical education from the perspective of healthy living, school environment, and lifelong benefit.(3)Organization makeup of middle school physical education manifests multi-dimension and multiplicity in Suzhou unban district. And it positively goes to which is helpful to raise the students'sports interest, shape up the custom, and develop the ability. (4) Middle school sports teaching method waits for further enhancing in Suzhou urban district, and we should put an eye on the utilization of reform in teaching method and modern education technology.(5) Middle school physical education doesn't manifest the Comprehension of the student in Suzhou urban district. And we should establish the procedural appraisal system step by step, put more attention on students'process and success.(6) Facing the present situation of middle school physical education in Suzhou urban, the old idea in the teachers'mind didn't change at all. clarify the new demands for PE teachers by the reform of PE under the background of LLE. |
