The Evaluation of Classroom Teaching is the important link of school administration. Effective evaluation is the important safeguard to improve the quality of Classroom Teaching. Along with education theory further developing, traditional evaluation view of"By Teaching to Evaluate Teacher"has appeared that it doesn't adapt the requirement of the times. The essence of classroom teaching is the process that students construct themselves. The students are the masters of classroom. Therefore, analyzing the problems of traditional classroom evaluation criteria and inquiring about a realistic and scientific way of Evaluation Criteria of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching have important practical significance.According to the past research ,we can discover that the evaluation purpose of present evaluation criteria of classroom teaching mainly provides gist for rewarding and punishing teachers. The evaluation content is established mainly surrounding teachers. Whether to"Comment person"or"comment the class"is confusion. Evaluation method pays more attention to real diagnosis than humanities. These problems seriously influence normal development of Evaluation of Classroom Teaching. The analysis suggests that the main reason lies in the trend of evaluation utilitarian purpose and the lag of evaluation research and so on. Simultaneously, it also gets the negative influence from the external educational theory.Referring to People-Oriented Management and Constructivism, we propose a new idea of"Evaluation of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching", which especially incarnates two aspects: By Students to Evaluate Teaching; By Students to Evaluate Study. Generally speaking, we evaluate teacher's teaching effect and student's study effect in terms of the students'performance in class. And we advance some embodiment suggestions to solve the problem about how to implement"Evaluation of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching"from evaluation idea, evaluation content, and evaluation method and so on. Besides to transform the evaluation idea, we also have to pay nearly attention to the student's performance in class, emotional nurturance of the student's moral, and the development of each student. At the same time, we also use the evaluation methods of Quota method and Qualitative method together. The evaluation principle must incarnate the character of main body and development.Based on the analysis of essential factors in the process of classroom teaching, we have tried to list a suit of evaluation target system which refers to"Evaluation of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching". The target system divides into two latitudes: Crosswise dimension and longitudinal dimension. Crosswise dimension includes teacher's behavior and student's behavior. Longitudinal dimension is the essential factor of process. Two dimensions affect mutually and constitute the evaluation system of classroom teaching. The whole evaluation target incarnates that classroom study is the process in which the students construct themselves. And students are masters of classroom. The evaluation of classroom teaching should pay more attention to students'studies by according to the principles: By Students to Evaluate Teaching; By Students to Evaluate Study.Advocating"Evaluation Criteria of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching"doesn't completely deny the present evaluation criteria of classroom teaching, but to develop the useful and discard the useless, develop further and transcend the present evaluation criteria of classroom teaching. At the same time,"Evaluation Criteria of Student-oriented Classroom Teaching"also requires teacher to transform their roles, being an organizer; an equal participant; a guider; a rethought person and an investigator in the students'studies. |
