Study On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of The Independent College

People's needs of higher education have grown with the advent of the age of knowledge. As the supplement force, independent colleges have been born in China.In China, the evaluation system of higher education of the university hold by the government has already been prefect in certain degree. But aiming to the independent colleges, there is no relative evaluation system. In addition, how to attract and reserve more excellent students has become the core for the independent colleges, when facing the vigorous market.Firstly, the essay reviews research accomplishments of the higher education evaluation and the development in our country. Based on this, it presents the study method, when considering the vacancy of the higher education index of independent colleges.Secondly, following the study method, the essay analyzes the theory and application research of customers'satisfaction, organization's performance evaluation and non-profit organization's performance evaluation, which establishes the foundation of the theoretical evaluation index model.Then, based on the characteristics of the independent colleges, it constructs the evaluation index model theoretically from the view of customers, with the conferences of evaluation index of the non-profit organization, university's competency and senior high education.Finally, based on the theoretical evaluation index model, the study designs the questionnaires to being samples. By analyzing the validity and the factor with SPSS, it forms the second-level index of the evaluation index model of the independent colleges from the view of customers, which form the whole evaluation index model after the re-analysis of the validity. Then, it gives some suggestions to the independent colleges by standing in customers'shoes.
