An Empirical Study On The Credibility Evaluation Of Sports Non-profit Organizations

As the life of a non-profit organization,credibility is not only based on society,but also on the basics of the public.It is also the key to the healthy and sustainable development of the organization.The research on the credibility of the National Individual Sports Associations is not only in line with the reform of China's sports field,but more and more associations are materialized,decoupled from the government,and the direction of reforming the deep water area,and satisfying the correct understanding of these associations.Credibility building and efforts to break through the urgent requirements of the development bottleneck.Therefore,this paper takes the credibility of sports non-profit organizations as the entry point,and takes the National Individual Sports Association as the research object,and selects the Chinese Basketball Association as the unit for evaluation,and uses the media practitioners related to basketball as the survey object,using the literature.Law,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,compiled a national individual sports association credibility assessment questionnaire,analyzed the factors that restrict the credibility construction of the national individual sports association,and on this basis Suggested recommendations were made.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The National Individual Sports Association's credibility assessment can be carried out from three dimensions: diligence and due diligence,professional competence and results,and norms and legality.2.After two rounds of Delphi survey,the National Individual Sports Association's credibility assessment index system was initially constructed,with three first-level indicators of diligence and due diligence,professional competence and results,and normative and legal,six secondary Indicators National team building and international affairs,professional personnel training,career popularization,promotion of related intellectual property development and protection,cultural construction and public welfare propaganda and self-service and management,and 28 three-level indicators.3.The “National Individual Sports Association Public Trust Evaluation Questionnaire” developed by the Institute has good reliability and validity and can be used as a reference standard for the evaluation of the credibility of the National Individual Sports Association.4.The evaluation results of the credibility of the China Basketball Association show that the weight of diligence and due diligence is the highest in the dimension of diligence and due diligence after factor analysis and principal component analysis,that is,the credibility of the basketball association in this dimension is higher,that is,The work done by the China Basketball Association in the diligence and diligence dimension is most recognized by the media.In addition,the evaluation of the credibility of the China Basketball Association in terms of the six aspects of the work of the National Individual Sports Association shows:(1)In terms of national team building and international affairs,the diligence and diligence dimensions account for the largest proportion,namely China.The credibility of the Basketball Association in the construction of the national team and international affairs is mainly reflected in diligence and due diligence;(2)in the training of professional talents,the professional competence and the weight of results are the largest,that is,the Chinese Basketball Association in the professional talent training work.Credibility is mainly reflected by professional ability and achievements;(3)in terms of popularization and promotion of the cause,the norm and legal weight account for the largest proportion,that is,the credibility of the China Basketball Association in the popularization of the cause is mainly reflected by norms and legality;(4)as for Promoting the development and protection of related intellectual property rights,the diligence and diligence have the largest proportion,that is,the credibility of the China Basketball Association in promoting the development and protection of relevant intellectual property rights is mainly reflected in diligence and due diligence;(5)cultural construction and public welfare propaganda,The norm and legal weight account for the largest proportion,that is,the Chinese Basketball Association's public trust in cultural construction and public welfare propaganda Mainly by norms and legality;(6)self-service and management work has the same proportion of professional competence and resultsand norms and legal weights,that is,the credibility of the China Basketball Association in self-service and management can be determined by professional competence and results.The norm is reflected with the law.
