This paper probes into teacher's practical knowledge on the basis of massive literature and holds that teacher's practical knowledge which hasn't got enough attention is one of the important factors that count in the implementation of curriculum .therefore ,the paper studies the connotation and feature of teacher's practical knowledge as connection with the implementation of curriculum ,and analyzes the status quo and the origin of teacher's practical knowledge .the paper ends in proposing strategies to enhance teacher's practical knowledge.This paper falls into six parts. The first part of presents the purpose, relative domestic and foreign researches, the significance and research approaches; The second part discusses constitution and the characteristic of teacher's practical knowledge, pointing out that teacher's practical knowledge consists of the education faith, the interpersonal knowledge, the self-knowledge, the situation knowledge, the strategy knowledge as well as the critique reconsidering knowledge , and that practicality, individuality, situation, silence, integrity are features of teacher's practical knowledge. The third part discuss deals with the relations between teacher's practical knowledge and the implementation of curriculum ,revealing that the quantity and quality of teacher's practical knowledge affect the implementation of curriculum; The fourth part studies the status quo of teacher's practical knowledge in the implementation of curriculum by case study, talking, etc. finding such disadvantages as improper curriculum understanding , teaching control, teaching wit ,insufficient strategies to settle classroom conflict do exist ;the fifth part mainly raises strategies as to Improve teacher's practical knowledge I The sixth part is the conclusion, restating key points of the paper and looking into the future research.
