College Hydroelectric Energy Project Management Applied Research

Based on the specific circumstance under colleges, the water-and-electricity saving management project applied in colleges is conducted by means of modern project management, with the aim to achieve water-and-electricity saving. It is a process that carries out a systematic, scientific project management with high-performance. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy and social progress of civilization, higher education has enjoyed a boom of space, and the education scale has got promoted due to an increase in the number of the educated, which resulted in a series of resource management problems, the most urgent of which is the water-and-electricity saving management.In this paper, the author briefly illustrates the definition and developing process of project management, and specifically analyzes the difficulties that lie in water-and electricity saving in colleges. He also reveals the basic reasons for those difficulties, that is, insufficient funds, and the lagged management system and management consciousness. And then the author adopts theoretical analysis, by analyzing the characteristics of college water-and-electricity management and its encountered problems, to put forward methods that solve such problems. Finally, he makes a comprehensive comparison of the three existing project management models, and concludes that the quota amount for water-and-electricity users is the most suitable model for college water-and-electricity saving management.
