Development Strategy Of Rear-Service Company Group Of Shaanxi Universities

As an important part of high education cause, college logistics departments have made great contributions for the needs of the rapid development of higher education in China, especially for dissolving the bottleneck problems since the increase enrollment in colleges. However, how to fit in with the needs of new situation and keep to serve the colleges, teaching and research, teachers and students all the time, how to deal better with the relationship between economic and social benefits and to obey the rule of education, and to go along with a healthy and persistent intensive-development, a scientific development strategy is particularly important for a college logistics enterprise.Under the guideline of strategic thinking including business development strategy, sustained and scientific development concept, this thesis analyzed and investigated the external environments, interior resources, state-of-the-art, current problems and their origins of Shaanxi Colleges' Logistics Company Group by means of a series of methods such as combination of theory and practice, systematic analysis, combination of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as Michael Porter's five forces model, STOW analysis and other methods.The reform and development of our logistics company group is a complicated systems engineering and therefore should be put in a stereo coordinate system of our country, province, society, market, college, teachers and students, and be thought and explored on a comprehensive and multi-level as well as from many different angles. The reform and development should not only keep pace with the reform of state economy system, fit in with the current situation of the reform, development and stability of state-owned companies in Shaanxi, even in whole country, go along with the direction and aim of the whole reform, but also should be suitable with the specific circumstances and characteristics of the college education in Shaanxi. It should adjust its thoughts on the basis of current situation and insist on scientific development and go along the route of sustained development.On the basis above, the thesis put forward an overall strategic aim "Creating Value, Harmonic Development". In the group-aspect, the strategy is "an effective combination of related diversification strategy and cooperation strategy", but the business-level strategy is: integration and low-cost strategy". Further, the thesis put forward the development thought: one foundation, two progresses and three dependences and the basic development idea is: responsibility-first, top service, industry support, creating value, mutual win, and scientific development. The direction of strategic adjustment is "college-based, society-oriented, resource-integrated and industry-expanded". Meanwhile, based on the background and the overall strategic aim, together with the current situation of our enterprise, the thesis proposed a few plans and measures concerning conditions and steps for enterprise's development, the introduction of legal person manage organization, promotion of system innovation and stock reform, management strengthening of finance, human resources and marketing, in order to ensure the company sustained development along a healthy, scientific and harmonic way.
