This thesis'goal is to meet the needs of practice and on principle that"what you learn is what you use, what you study is what you apply"to analyze, design and evaluate Xuzhou tech. college's logistics innovative model. Project implement plan has been done, also.Speak in generally, this thesis is divided into three parts. from chapter one to chapter four is part one, which introduce Xuzhou tech. college's general situation and problem who is faced with; Overseas and domestic university logistics socialized reform's model and actuality, and analyzed Xuzhou tech. college's logistics customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by means of questionnaire survey and data envelop analysis in the end.Part two is made up of chapter five and six. The main purpose of this part is to design and evaluate the logistics socialized model of Xuzhou Tech. College. In chapter five, we design and analyze four models which are suit for Xuzhou Tech. College's real situation. In chapter six, a project evaluate plan which for logistics socialized model selection is given using illegibility evaluate measure.Chapter seven and eight consists of part three. An implement plan has been done according to the model we have chosen. In chapter seven, we analyze logistics operation of Xuzhou Tech. College in principle of capability outsourcing. Frondose outsourcing forms are confirmed for each logistics business. Chapter eight is the conclusion. It is summarize of this thesis.Tech. College is a fresh thing, which could have various logistics socialized forms. The right thing must be done so as to do well in logistics socialize reform. This thesis supplies references and gist for next step of logistics socialized reform.
