| Teacher's tacit knowledge is a kind of personal knowledge hidden in the teacher's heart. And it is not easy to express and transfer. It includes teacher's instinct, inspiration, insight, faith, sense of worth, and teacher's skill, technique, experience, knack, and so on .A large number of tacit knowledge exist in teacher's teaching and living, so the teacher and the researchers pay more and more attention to the question of how to use and exploit the tacit knowledge. This question finally owe to the research about the explicating of teacher's tacit knowledge.This paper analyzes and discusses the teacher's tacit knowledge according the existent problems, the framework of the paper are as follows:The first chapter analyzes the background and the present situation, main research content and the meaning of the thesis.The second chapter discusses the concept of the tacit knowledge, and the connotation of the teacher's tacit knowledge from three aspects: the teacher's knowledge structure, teacher's teaching wisdom, the factors of formation. Then, elaborate the great meaning of teacher's tacit knowledge.The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the explicating of teacher's tacit knowledge applying the meaning and the theory of teacher's tacit knowledge.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the method and the way to explicate of teacher's tacit knowledge and proposes the explicating of teacher's tacit knowledge depends on self-reflection and communication, such as teacher's reading notes of reflection, teacher's blog, video teaching, tutorial system, collective preparation for lessons and so on.The fifth chapter analyzes the actuality of the explicating of teacher's tacit knowledge by questionnaire survey, and find out such problem : teacher lack the consciousness of the explicating of tacit knowledge, teacher don't have the habit of reflection, the atmosphere of school is not very well, teacher don't communicate frequently .The sixth chapter is the author's thinking about the problem from the questionnaire survey. |
