A Study On Legal Administration Of College Students

As China's market economic system is continually deepening, the continuous reform of the higher education system and the characteristics of modern college students constantly prominent personality, the relationship between university and students gradually changes and so that there are a number of contradictions and problems in the process of students management. In view of the range of issues, China held the 16th Party Congress in order to establish a "rule of law" model and bring up a new idea of "building a harmonious society"; then the 17th Party Congress recently held has a bright spot in the "people's livelihood", "reflects public opinion". We can see our country's legalization and the democratic process has been making progress. As the base for training novellas and reserve forces, the college is not the "vacuum" of law. Particularly the recent years, we can frequently see the case of "students sued his alma mater," the legalization is becoming the practical and urgent requirements in the management of the college students.This paper intends to introduce the thought of legalization into the practice of college students'administration, which can not only make the administration of college students efficiently, but also humane management, even more to protect the interests of the students. The first part has described the background of the burning of this study and the related concepts on the basis of defined, analysis the theoretical base of legal administration of college students and various factors which impact the legal administration of college students, then analysis some problems in the process of legal administration of college students from the national, college and perspective students latitude. The second part conducted a comprehensive analysis on American college which is more mature in legal administration of college students, then combines with the actual situation in China and gets some enlightenment. The third part is the core of the article, it mainly focused on the legal administration of college students from the legalization of management system, the legalization of awareness, the legalization of behavior and the legalization of procedures and so on, then forwards a number of practical measures, and set up an alternative new trail by the students autonomous-management and self-management. The fourth part in the form of a conclusion mainly talks about the local which is needed to continue to study and other related issues to illustrate.
