Research On The Legalization Of College Student Management In The Self-media Era

With the establishment of the comprehensive rule of law and the effective implementation of law education in colleges and universities,the consciousness of the subject and rights of college students are obviously enhanced.Under the new background of we media,the social environment of colleges has changed dramatically and the management of college students encountered great challenge.It is urgent to carry out a transformation to adapt the rule of law,so as to better promote the management of students and the high quality development of colleges.Based on the understanding of the concepts of we media,college students management and legalization,by using literature research method,this paper clarifies the characteristics and development of we media,analyzes the relationship between colleges and students,the connotation of college student management,and the necessity and feasibility of legalization of college student management.Starting from several typical litigation cases,combined with the perspective of we media,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the legalization of college students management and points out the news countermeasures for the rule of law of college student management.This paper claims:first of all,the laws and regulations related to the high education and we media should be further improved from the national level and the rules and regulations of the school should be consummated from the college level.Secondly,the new concepts of college students management,such as managing university upon law,people oriented,right standard view and new media literacy,should be established.Furthermore,the college student management behavior should be standardized by perfecting the law enforcement mechanism of college student management,implementing the information disclosure work,and establishing the proper management procedure.Finally,the college students rights relief should be perfected through the improvement of appeal system,judicial intervention in the field of student management,and educational arbitration system,so as to protect the legal rights of college students and realize the free and comprehensive development of college students.
