Research On Student's Working Management Ruled By Law In Colleges And Universities

With the development of modern society, colleges and universities have become the center of society, charging with the arduous task of cultivation, developing science and serving society, but as far as colleges and universities are concerned, cultivating high-level professionals is the most basic task, student's working management affects the quality of higher education, and it is the most important factor that restricts the development of higher education. Furthermore, with the development of socialism ruled by law, management ruled by law has become the inevitable choice for the society organizations, and also colleges and universities can′t not avoid, so the student's working management ruled by law is the necessary way to university management. It is pity that student's working management is not perfect in theory or especially practice. So this research takes student's working management ruled by law in colleges and universities as its study object.Research consists of three main parts: the first part is an introduction, first of all, the paper puts forward to questions and relate domestic and foreign research results about student's working management in colleges and universities, as well as the main content, significance and research methods of the research. The second part includes chapter II andⅢ, firstly ,the relevant concepts are defined, bases on this ,the research analyzes the necessity and the possibility of student's working management ruled by law in colleges and universities, thus discussing the legal status of colleges and universities and the relationship between students and colleges and universities, definituding the main status of university management to students and clarifies the administrative law relationship and civil law relationship between students and university ,it makes presupposing for introducing of the rule of law in the student's working management in colleges and universities. At the same time, after inspecting and comparing the student's working management at home and abroad, the author finds that colleges and universities will be regulated by law while implementing actions which have a significant impact on student's right, so as to provide a theoretical foundation and practical basis for student's working management ruled by law in China. The third part includes chapters IV and V, after inspecting the status quo of student's working management ruled by law in China, the author finds out problems, analyzing the causes of problems, and puts forward to suggestions and countermeasures at end.
