The Investigation And Thinking On The Management Notions Of The Middle School Headmasters In Society Transition Process

Middle school education is an important stage and plays an significant role in the whole process. A schoolmaster of the middle school is the core and the centrums in school operation and management. Their management notions will directly affect the management order and the performance of the teaching. The management notions of the middle school schoolmasters had the characteristic of ideological content, practicality and expansibility and self-conscious. At present our society is in a state of economic transition with the continuous change of benefit structure, values, the society direction and the strength of the subject consciousness. The people are experiencing the conflicts between tradition and modern, planning and marketing, the native and the west. In addition to the drawbacks of the present management and evaluation system, our middle school schoolmaster have emerged many problems in morality, privilege, study and benefit. Based on these, I point out that holding a right management notion has an important theoretical and practical meaning. Then what kind of notions should hold in this new period? This is determined by the present society feature and the need of the school management. We advocate that the correct notions of schoolmasters'management should include advanced concepts of development, personnel, strategic decision and promoting the value leadership, building harmony school culture, ruling the school in accordance with the law. The construct of these management notions has close relationship with the observation to the present society, the summary of the practical experience, the recognizing and judgments of the school management values, and the inner quality structures of the schoolmasters themselves. The middle school schoolmasters should make great efforts to correct their management notions in these aspects below: Strength the schoolmasters'role consciousness; Reinforcing the breeding and supervision of the scientific schoolmaster management notions by the responsible department, Establishing the suitable schoolmaster management notions by their own efforts.
