Collaborative teaching research means that teachers work with each other to adopt a series of activities for the common research and teaching. It plays a key role in promoting the reformation of the new course and the professional development of teachers. However, Influenced by the tradtional educational conception, the school-based education and research activities encounter various problems in the promotion of the new course of teaching. For example,teachers lack the consciousness and theory about the new course of teaching; the reformation of the way of school-based education and research is getting into trouble and still it has the traditional color .Therefore, this thesis is devoted to the case study of middle school teachers' collaboration in teaching and research. First, I did a paper survey on the carryout about teachers' collaboration in teaching and research in six schools in one district in Songjiang and I also analysed the existing questions. On the basis of the survey, many more different methods including questionnaire, interview and collecting documents, are adopted in this case study on teachers' collaboration in teaching and research in M school which did well in this aspect. I studied the real situation of the school, the construction of the teachers group and the five strategies pattern on the carryout on teachers' collaboration in teaching and research. I put forward the suggestion to learn from the five strategies pattern on the carryout on teachers' collaboration in teaching and research in M junior school because of the achievements they have made. Through consulting from relevant material and study documents, I think that the cooperative teaching and study should ameliorate the following steps which include building up the new and people-oriented management idea, building up the regular and normative teaching and study activity, construct ing cooperative and shared school culture, demonstrating the principal's personal attractiveness on cooperative teaching and study. Then, the author analyses the teachers' collaboration from the perspectives of consciousness, system and effect. And the strategy is about meaningful systems to support teacher research, criterion and the school civilization. According to the case study, the author hopes that it will provide some useful suggestions for the teachers' collaboration in teaching and research and ensure the school's healthy and harmonious development.
