In 2001, the Ministry of Education simultaneously promulgated two sets of historical and social curriculum standards: "Historical And Social Curriculum Standard I and II". According to these two sets of curriculum standard , Shanghai Educational Press and People's Educational Press have separately compiled and distributed two sets of teaching material, "History And Society", for every area in the country to chose to use , No matter which area that chooses the teaching material of "History And Society" , it doesn't need to open single branches history and geography any longer. The start of this curriculum has brought great changes at the compulsory education stage .Through the comparison to the structure of the historical part in two sets of textbook, the article makes every effort to promulgate this kind of changing and discussing a teacher's teaching strategy.This article takes two sets of textbook as the object of study, and bases on the curriculum standard what is the compilation basis of the two sets of textbook, by carrying on the comparative analysis to the status and the function of historical part, to the portal frame construction and to the text structure, the article draws the following conclusion.First, in the version of Shanghai Educational Press (short for VSEP), the historical part is the main body and the primary part that the students study on. In the version of the People's Educational Press (short for VPEP), the historical part is the middle link.Second, in VSEP, the major character of historical part is that has used the structural style of "the clue" and "the topic" , which owns great span of time .However, in VPEP, the main character is "the enrolled". Chinese and foreign historical articles are enrolled. So, different teaching strategies should be adopted according to the different structural style. Third, the historical part in the textbook of VSEP is a kind of "China-primarily" history, which is full of the humane spirit .Therefore, the textbook of VSEP emphasizes on raising students' human spirit. But the textbook of VPEP teaches students the objective history and lets students understand the reality with "the spoon of the history".
