The concept of effective teaching derived from the Western scientific teaching movement in the first half of the 20th century and raised great concern in the academic circle worldwide . Today , it is still of great theoretical and practical significance to the research of " effective teaching" under the new circumstances . On one hand , the research of this topic in middle school teaching will enrich and develop the theory itself. On the other hand , through the research of a more effective method conformable to the concept of the curriculum reform to practically raise teaching efficiency, it is not only beneficial to enhancing teachers' awareness of efficient teaching and reinforcing students' academic quality in chemistry study , but also to the implementation of the new curriculum and the full promotion of quality education . This essay does a fairly deep research into the features and implication of effective teaching and its influential factors and, on the basis of massive questionnaire , focuses on the study of such cases as are regarded by the students " the most effective classroom teaching behaviors". This essay puts a full interpretation of teaching efficiency by using numerous classroom cases, most of them from my years of teaching experience , and the conclusion drawn is, to some extent, of practical value and worthy of popularization . And I hope this will contribute a little to improving the quality of elementary education.
