Analysis On Factors In Chinese University Graduate Employment

With the higher education orientation from elite education to mass education, more and more youths enjoy the chance of higher education. But accordingly, the university graduate employment has become a hard nut to crack, which becomes a hot social issue. This issue directly link to self-worth fulfillment of each individual university graduate, sound and orderly development of higher education in China, and a stable and harmonious society as well. Therefore, the topic of university graduate employment has fundamental meanings in terms of enriching university graduate employment theory and directing their employment practice.Based on the research available, the thesis treats the university graduates as the core, investigating the factors concerning subjects (government agency, employers, universities and graduates), university expansion, and labor market, etc. Finally, on the basis of the analyses above, approaches are figured out to address the graduate employment situations, from the perspective of institutions for higher learning.
