Since 1999 China adopted the policy of College Expansion, the Higher Education transition from the elite higher education stage to the popularization of education phase gradually. College graduates grows at an average annual rate of nearly 50 million. Meanwhile, due to the global economic downturn, coupled with the impact of structural contradictions in the domestic job market and other factors, Graduates Employment has become a common and outstanding issues in recent years. Employment is the thing, and employment of university students is “present” in the “present”. Because the students’ employment involves more than just college students own interests and future, involved tens of thousands of families Interests. In addition, it is now the era of competition for talented person, Students employment will have a direct impact on nation-building and prosperity. Based on this, the community are very concerned about the employment of college students, Government regard solve the employment of college students as one of the primary responsibility of the ruling.There are many factors affecting the employment of university students, such as human capital, social capital, as well as student’s individual characteristics. In addition, including an emerging concept of psychological capital. In order to better understand the students’ employment issues and the factors affecting employment, this paper regarded capital as an entry point. Exploring whether student’s human capital, family social capital(mainly refers to the family socioeconomic status, SES) have influence on the employment of college students. If affected, how is the Mechanism.The main contents can be divided into four parts. The first part is the literature review. This part combed the concept and research status of human capital, SES and psychological capital. Besides, this part described the phenomenon and research status of graduates employment. The second part is the research hypothesis. By combing and learning from the existing research conclusion, proposing the hypothesis of this paper. The third part is empirical results and the interpretation of results. Analysised the collected data, validated the studies assume, obtained the results. The fourth part recommendations for the individual and university.Through processing and analysising the data, the following conclusions were made:(1) The Skill factors of University Graduates have a positive impact on their job satisfaction.(2) Psychological capital, as a general variables, has a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.(3) The dimensions of Psychological capital, self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism both have a positive influence on job satisfaction.(4) Psychological capital as total variable without an intermediary role between skills factors and job satisfaction, but its sub-dimensions self-efficacy, hope, tenacity and optimism have played an intermediary role between the skills factors and job satisfaction relationship.
