Analysis On Current University Graduates' Employment Condition And Research Into Its Employment Evaluation System

In recent years, employment problem for university graduates has already composed gigantic pressure to our country economic growth and social stability. Our party and the government and the general public has been playing close attention to and studying how to solve this problem effectively. Main work and study of this article are as follows: Firstly, the factors that affect university graduates employment are listed and the corresponding suggests are given from the systematic angle; Secondly, analysis the counting methods of our currently employment rate and bring forward improvement measures; Finally, build up an index system for evaluating the employment situation of university graduates, use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the real employment situation of university graduates objectively, thus raise another new way to evaluate the employment for university graduates.
