Respect is a permanent, dynamical as well as a modern topic. The urgent need for human is to receive others' respect. Teaches should offer respect to students on basis of understanding and trust, Which is to treat equally to each student,appreciate student's strong points,forgive their mistakes, listen to their voice patiently,and to give their correct guidance as well as expecting their robust growth.This article gets a list of some phenomena of disrepect , such as discouraging their interest ,neglecting their feelings,hurting their moral integrity ,disregarding their views, covering their differences, and depriving their rights.It focuses on analysizing the main causes of phenomena of disrespect, including various aspects of thoughts, education, faculty and students, ect.
