Practical Research On The Moral Education Experience Activities Of Shanghai J School “Respect And Care”

The purpose of education is to cultivate all round and sustainable development people.The school is not only impart knowledge,but also to cultivate students' moral and sentiment,education should be good for first and people oriented.The future life and learning should be based on the development of moral education.On this basis,the main idea of this study is that from the angle of moral education activities to improve students' literacy level of respect and care,so as to form the characteristics of school moral education and strengthening the relationship of school and community.This article through the literature research to understand the current “respect and care” the status of moral education activities.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,to understand the whole situation of J school and the teachers and students of “respect and care”literacy levels and their suggestions to the moral education activities.The result of teachers survey shows that the students' respect and care levels of J school at a low level,there is in urgent need of the necessity of the development experience of moral education activity,and through the activity can enhance the literacy level of respect and care.Students' survey shows that they have a certain foundation in respect of consciousness,but do not do enough in care,mainly through activities to increase students' motivation to in terms of behavior.Therefore a series of “respect and care”experience of moral education activities carried out on the basic of J school's related resources.According to the different period of group activities and the theme of the on and off campus,students' thought quality has improved,and the school has become a moral education research practice base.The activities are not only to increase the heft of the school,but also enhance the connection of school and parents and the community.
