In the new situation, the higher education in China met with the rapid growth and started the transition from the elite education to the mass education; it was thus followed by the increasingly severe situation for college students getting jobs. College students' innovative undertaking, as one measure to solve the problem of employment, is protected by the government and social circles. In the times of knowledge-economy, the duty of higher education was no longer simple to negatively fill the demands of the personnel market, but to act more positively and actively to fit into social transformation and to develop lots and lots of start-ups who could be capable of creating job positions. At the present, the college students' innovative undertaking mainly has four problems: 1. shortage of the initial experience; 2. insufficiency of the creative capability; 3. short of the original capital; 4. improperness of the mindset. Therefore, the embarrassing situation occurred, which is, there are lots of students desire to set up their own businesses but few of them could become real success. All these problems are derived from the weaknesses of the college Entrepreneurship Education, aiming at these problems, how to start the Entrepreneurship Education, which has become one serious research subject currently concerned by colleges.This article falls into four parts: in the first part, on the base of the different point of view of the Research Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education, it concluded that, the College Entrepreneurship Education is kind of education which could impart the knowledge, strengthen the awareness, develop the spirit and increase the capability, this education is the ability-oriented not the degree-oriented, it intensifies the university Entrepreneurship Education and points out the significance of the development of the College Entrepreneurship Education. In the second part, it traced back the development skeleton of the Entrepreneurship Education in foreign countries, compared the development of the Entrepreneurship Education among developed countries, such as U.S.A, U.K., France, Japan, Australia, etc and borrowed ideas from their advanced pedagogical experience and revelation. In the third part, through the questionnaire it dissected the achievements and the problems of the College Student Entrepreneurship within the country, meanwhile, it pointed out that we have definite growths and achievements in the aspect of Entrepreneurship Education Studies, Entrepreneurship Education Teaching (Training), supports of environmental improvement, however, the colleges are still having the problems, such as the tremendous lag of the whole Entrepreneurship Education Study System, the lack of the series courses, the incompleteness of the teacher constructions, the poor cultural atmospheres, the limitation of the extended range. In the fourth part, it summarized the mode of execution and the practical ways for College Entrepreneurship Education.For the execution of the Entrepreneurship Education, colleges and universities needed to have the pedagogy and teaching revolution, to adjust and to promote the development of the Entrepreneurship Education. The meanings of this study were to ask for advices from the experts and the fellows, to draw people's interest to the intensive study of the problem, to generally drive our College Entrepreneurship Education to maturity.
