The Research On College Graduates' Professional Ability And Quality

Full employment for college graduates is not only the rational expectations of the individual students to achieve social values, get maximize revenue, and the primary policy objective of the government's macroeconomic regulation, is also the labor market to achieve a best balanced development. It's the fundamental protection of personal happiness to solve the problem of full employment for the national prosperity, social stability, Harmony University. And it's closely related to the immediate interests of individuals with the community, colleges and universities.With the Social development and the requirements of the times, it calls for improving the professional ability, so we should know and train the professional ability and quality. Therefore, it's a highly theoretical and practical significance of studying the ability and quality of vocational college graduates.By researching the college graduates of professional quality of the status, issues Cause, and built System, this study drawn the following conclusions:(A) In the current, the study of the employability of college graduates and professional ability was more, but it was to lack of research to confirm the content and establish the system, so, this paper confirmed the content;(B) It's not optimistic about the current situation of professional quality of college graduates, the direct cause of the difficult employment situation for college students was not high or missing of the university graduates of professional ability and quality;(C) This study analyzed the reasons for the low of college graduates professional ability and quality, which displayed the four dimensions such as university training, government support, and the social assistance;(D) In view of the current difficult employment situation, this study built the system of the college graduates of vocational ability and quality which concluded three systems and four qualities, and it effectively guided to train the college graduates of vocational ability and quality.In order to improve the college graduates of vocational ability and quality, the author also took mangy recommendations from the four dimensions such as university training, government support, social assistance, the development of individual students.
