The teacher-learner role relationship is a special social communication process, which is based on teachers' and students' social status and occurs in the teaching activities of the education performance.Teacher-student relationship is one kind of social relationship, which is built on that the teachers and students according to the certain education goals and do their job strictly. The configuration of the role relationship is limited by education technology and the concept of education, and it presents a relatively stable state in a certain time and space conditions that can ensure the education teaching activities can conduct stable and orderly. At the same time, the patterns of teacher-learner role relationship are also affects the effectiveness of the education teaching activities and the overall quality.Distributed learning theory is a new learning theory comes from that contemporary Internet technology was widely used in the process of the education teaching activities. The phenomenon that the learning resources distributed storage in the cyber-space is profoundly affects the individual learning behavior, the whole classroom instruction and the inter-relationship between teachers and students. It must be a new revolution of the development of human education in history. With the development of educational practice, the role relationship of teacher-learner attracts more and more attention. In the process of forming the role and the interaction of teacher and student, the path of knowledge transmission is the most fundamental factor for the role of student, teacher and their interaction. The linear path of knowledge diffusion makes the learning process always in a passive state, which is bad for study and cognitive, especially in traditional society and the education is not so well. Then, the nonlinear,m-path and bidirectional knowledge diffusion path of the network topology makes the students and teachers stay in an open learning environment in such a great age of wisdom. And it may constructs a new cognitive prospect adapts to future. The writer starts from the role theory, and summarize the connotation and characteristics of traditional teacher and student, and analysis the traditional role relationship and the interactive process of teaching of teacher-learner.On this basis, the distributed learning affects the learning process and needs of students. From this perspective,we can summarize the connotation and characteristics and the interactive process of teaching of teacher-learner in distributed learning. At the same time,a model which is suitable for distributed learning teacher-learner role relationship will be constructed.Nowadays the new ways of classroom and teaching organization are being called for on the basis of distributed learning.Classroom teaching began to break through the original limitations about time and space.Teachers, students and learning resources presents a network of nodes as the connection of the organizational structure system. So,the teacher-learner role relationship has been changed with the knowledge propagation path and the student role in the new era.In the process of explaining the roles relationship re-construction of teacher-learner,the author cites Margaret mead's,an anthropologist, who think that the inter-generational transmission laws of human social culture and the teaching activities present many different ways in the different historical period. In the era of distributed learning, namely the Internet education era,the spread of human culture is stepping into the post-figurative culture era. After then, the author did a detailed analysis about the distributed learning and teacher-learner role relationships under the background of post-figurative culture, and described knowledge view, learning view, teaching view, and the logical relationship between teachers and students on the basis of distributed learning, and think that the new teacher-learner role relationship in education practice has shift the focus from teacher to student. On the basis of that, teacher and student's identity and role has changed in the teaching activities, which are re-constructing the original social role characteristics of them. The development of the role relationship between teachers and students depends on the learning pattern and teaching needs brought by distributed learning. The change in student's learning field promotes the progress of teachers' role and teaching interaction directly. The teaching in modern school is moving from the classroom mode in the classroom to a kind of spatial dispersion mode, which includes varieties of knowledge diffusion paths. As far as educational practice is concerned, the distributed learning pattern has already existed in many aspects of individual cognition. It is believed that the influence of learning revolution will have another revolutionary impact on the teaching process in the near future.
