The essence of human's society being decides the necessity of communication between people. And dialogue is just suitable for this demand. Dialogue theory has profound philosophic basis. Dialogue teaching is the application of dialogue theory in educational field. It embodies the teaching spirits which are of democracy and equality, interactivity and cooperation, creativity and humanity. There are four forms of dialogues which are the one among students and texts, the one between students and teachers, the one between students and the one of students themselves. The four dialogue forms which centre on the question operation, are based on the premise of text readings. The main parts are the dialogues between teachers and students and the dialogues between students. They are aimed at the knowledge construction, and are all important ways to improve Chinese reading teaching.During the traditional Chinese reading teaching, some teachers always only attach importance to knowledge teaching of texts reading and analyze the texts according to reference books. These teachers ignore the students' discussions, feelings and understandings to the reading texts. In the class, the teachers are accustomed to guide the students along the teaching process and thinking which are decided by themselves according to teaching plans and teaching designs in advance. The teachers become the transmitters and admitters of knowledge. The students are only passive acceptable targets. Thus, in order to avoid entering into the misunderstanding of Chinese reading dialogue teaching, realizing the real dialogue teaching is of great importance.
