Based on Concentric-circles Pattern of Communication, this paper uses the method of snowball sampling to study the social support of NEET("NEET"is for short"the group who are no employmen, no education, no training") . Through dividing NEET's social support into tool support, information support and emotional support and separating NEET's support sources into blood relation, occupational and region relation, the public support system and public resource, this study will analyse the characteristics of three kinds of social support and find out the new characteristics of support sources contrasting to traditional society. This research also has an exploration research on the influence of the piont of time to social support.The study shows, NEET's social support system also exists for far and near Structure of Grade, but different kinds of social supports have different inner circles,which is obviously different with traditional society all taking the blood relation as inner circle; NEET's social support system is not fixed,but unceasingly proliferates and changes; On different point of time NEET need different kinds of social support. The support function of the family as representative's blood relation is weaker; with the development of Internet NEET's social support system breaks through the restriction of blood relation, region and occupational relation; The modern society's public support system and the public resources provide powerful support to NEET, which the traditional society cannot patch on.In addition, the paper also tries to grope for changes of the communication principle between the modern society and the traditional society, the pure compassion to human whether exist in social support system, which kind of factor is the most important when people choose support sources and the comparability between modern campus and traditional family.
