| Talent training is one of the basic functions of higher education,especially to higher vocational colleges,which bear the heavy burden of training the front-line technical personnel needed for economic development.With the continuous development of Chinese economy and society,Chinese GDP is catching up with the United States.With the improvement of the business environment,the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the continuous introduction of relevant national laws and regulations,the demand for professional talents in the market has become increasingly fierce,and the professional ability requirements of talents have become more standardized.Therefore,the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and the quality of the model have a great impact on economic development.This paper tasked the vocational ability as a starting point,combined with the employer’s demand for accounting professional ability,carried out the optimization analysis and research on the training model of accounting talent in Yang Ling vocational and technical college.The author hopes to analyze the talent training mode of this school from a new Angle,and put forward corresponding Suggestions,which can point out the direction for the improvement of the talent training mode of this school and also provide reference for other vocational colleges.Personnel training mode is to point to in the process of training to realize training target of the construction and operation mode,based on the unit of choose and employ persons to the accounting profession ability,on the basis of demand analysis,the paper from training target,course system,teaching methods and management evaluation system four aspects,this paper introduces the yangling vocational and technical college of accounting personnel training mode-oriented enterprises and institutions to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel;The curriculum system mainly consists of general courses,specialized courses and personality development courses.Teacher-centered teaching method is gradually shifting to student-centered;The student appraisal follows the examination system,the teacher appraisal emphasizes the scientific research ability.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the author puts forward the following problems in the training mode of accounting talents in yangling vocational and technical college: the training objective is deviated in the implementation.The curriculum does not reflect the vocational ability obviously,the teaching method sticks to the tradition and the management evaluation system is not reasonable.The above problems are mainly caused by the existence of the concept of"undergraduate courses first" in schools,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism of higher vocational colleges and teachers by the education administration departments,and the lack of professional ability of teachers.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: change the traditional concept of "undergraduate first",closely focus on the market demand,implement the training objectives of vocational education;Facing the social demand,optimizing the curriculum system based on the vocational demand,and paying attention to the quality of professional construction;Reform teaching methods,increase the construction of network platform,realize the combination of information technology and education,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,promote the development of school-run enterprises,improve the cultivation of vocational ability;The establishment of a complete management evaluation system,according to the actual situation of the school,students,employers to establish different evaluation systems,improve the assessment standards,strict teaching management.Finally realize the training mode of accounting talents based on vocational ability. |
