A Research To Teaching Quality Evaluation System Of Secondary Vocational Schools Of Henan Province

The teaching quality is the foundation of education, teaching quality evaluation is an effective measure to teaching plan, personnel training, teaching process, the scientific and reasonable teaching results by administration of education and schools. For implementation of the state requirements, a majority of provinces draws the secondary vocational education teaching quality evaluation system, Henan province establishes the educational evaluating department in 2009, focuses on the research and builds up the evaluation system and begin to work on secondary vocational school's teaching quality evaluation.After years of perfected and revised, the internal teaching quality evaluation work has made remarkable achievements, that the teaching quality evaluation system for executives, teachers and the teaching plan and objectives is been basically built. However, quantizing assessment factors, improving cognitions of subject and perfecting evaluation methods is still the hard problems in the work of teaching quality evaluation currently. According to economic development and market requirement of Henan province, establishing a multidimensional evaluation standard, integrating the evaluation process and the result, setting up a business-school mode evaluation, and constructing a secondary vocational schools teaching quality evaluation system which is fit for Henan local condition is the key study in this paper.The paper adopts questionnaire, discussion methods, documentary research, and through the experimental units assessment, to discuss related issues, and employs four parts of contents to analyze and research the present situation, core factors of teaching quality, existing problems of the secondary vocational school teaching quality evaluation system of Henan province.
