The implementation of the professional development of teachers is the inevitable result of the rapid development in science education. With the social changes and economic development, the education of situation changed fundamentally. Compare by other teachers, Professionallevel in the professional development of the Secondary vocational school teachers have a certain degree of specificity. It is highly professional.Professional level in the professional development of the Secondary vocational school teachers must be combined with relevant professional.They teacher must learnnew knowledge, new technologies according to their professional development level.At the same time, according to different types of teacher professional growth characteristics of the analysis,we should explore suitable development strategy Program for the cultivation of different stages of Secondary vocational school teachers. In that way , we can effectively improve the level of teachers and professional skills.So we propose the "projiect" strategy that following acompetency-based, practical course work as the starting point to address the capacity of teachers and hands-on training-oriented.The "projiect" strategy is breaking the training of subject curriculum of secondary vocational school teachers in professional development. So the "project" Strategies enhance the level of Professional development of teachers.In view of the different types of teacher professional growth characteristics,this paper divede the level of teacher professional development into new stage, skilled stage and the expert stage of the three stages of research. First of all, we take some way such as take a survey and interviews with cases , to find the main problems of the level of professional development of teachers at different stages; Secondly, based on in-service teachers in different stages of the main problems, we choose the suitable "project" to implement; Finally, to take non-quantitative and quantitative methods to evaluation of the "project" strategy. We maily evaluation the strategy from three point of view that teachers,experts and industry.
