Secondary vocational education is the main component of vocational education in China,and private secondary vocational education is an important component of secondary vocational education in China.According to the relevant data issued by the Ministry of Education,the proportion of students in private secondary vocational education increased from 10.811% to 13.48% from 2013 to 2018,and the proportion increased year by year.On January 24,2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan "(referred to as " Vocational Education 20"),and "Vocational Education 20" pointed out the direction of the development of vocational education in China in the next 10 years,and provided a strong support for the development of private secondary vocational education in China.Skills training is the key content in secondary vocational education,and vocational skills competition at all levels is an important test for the achievement of secondary vocational education skills training.Among the winners of the National Vocational College Skills Competition from 2013 to 2018,the proportion of private secondary vocational students is very low,and the highest in 2018 is only 0.041%,which is negligible,which is quite different from the proportion of private secondary vocational education in China.This paper analyzes the award-winning situation of private secondary vocational schools in the national competition of processing and manufacturing from 2013 to2018,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of private secondary vocational education.In view of the current situation of a private secondary vocational school to carry out vocational skills competition,the leaders of the school were interviewed,teachers and students were investigated by questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.The strategies of how to effectively develop vocational skills competition in private secondary vocational schools were put forward.At present,there are few documents to promote the development of private secondary vocational schools from the point of view of skill competition,hoping that through the researchof this paper,we can provide more reference for the all-round development of private secondary vocational education and promote the more balanced development of secondary vocational education in China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1: introduction,the research background of this paper,the current research situation at home and abroad,the definition of relevant concepts,the purpose and significance of the research,and the research ideas,methods and technical route of the research.Chapter 2: to carry on the research to the private secondary vocational school in the national competition processing manufacture class project award situation,including the private secondary vocational school education present situation,in the processing manufacture class project award situation,in the national competition processing manufacture class project award rate low reason analysis.Chapter 3: according to the situation of private secondary vocational schools to carry out vocational skills competition,interviews with school leaders,teachers and students to conduct a questionnaire survey.Based on the development of the school's competition in processing and manufacturing,the attitude of teachers and students to the school's skills competition,the influencing factors of the skills competition are carried out,and the results of the investigation are analyzed.Chapter 4: according to the research conclusion of the second chapter and the investigation and analysis result of the third chapter,the strategy of developing the vocational skill competition in the private secondary vocational school is obtained,that is,establishing the perfect operation mechanism of the skill competition,attaching importance to the construction of the teaching staff,carrying out scientific and effective competition training,cooperation between schools and enterprises,and so on.Chapter 5: Conclusion and prospect,points out the innovation point and limitation of this research,and puts forward the prospect.
