German vocational education is unique in the world.Workers trained out of vocational education are also first-class.All this is closely related with German complete vocational educational system,active participation of businesses,nationwide concerns,level of industrial development and people's opinions on employment.The Characteristics of German vocational education offer a useful reference for China's developing vocational education.After the Second World War the Germany developed very rapidly,because the vocational education trained very many technology workers. And the human resources is the secret weapon,that the economy developing in Germany.The paper put the point that the students' employment in vocational school in Germany.Which works have the most students to work,and the problem income, which difficulty the students have,when the youths find a good work?The paper has four chapters:Chapter 1,the author discusses the topics discussed background,the significance,of the status quo,Object and research methods.Chapters 2 with macroscopic methods to analyze the situations of employment in vocational school in Germany and which measures make the government to the problems solve Chapters 3,with microscopic methods to analyze the situations of employment in vocational school in Germany.Chapters 4,the reference for Chain's developing vocational education.
