Economic and social development needs a lot of high quality workers, and the female student of middle vocational school is the most important human resource to promote this economic and social development. The level of the female student's professional competence will be relating their employment as well as future professional career development, also affecting the construction of the economy and harmony of society. Therefore, this article takes middle vocational school as the background, services the economy construction as the goal, and takes the gender as the vantage point to study the female student's professional competence problem in middle vocational school. Its purpose is to construct a combined system for raising the female student's professional competence and to develop possible countermeasures in the current system. All of these will aim to improve the professional career of middle vocational school female student to promote more social harmony and socio-economic development.This article divides into five sections. The first section, introduces the background of the selected topic, current domestic and international research on the topic, the research's significance, its method and the main contents of the study. The second section introduces the study's rationale, which includes the theory of professional career and professional competence. The third section introduces the design and investigation processes of the questionnaire, analyzes the result of the questionnaire and uses this analysis to prove that a problem with middle vocational school female student professional competence exists. The forth section aims to propose an adequate educational countermeasure for the problem discussed in section three, which includes constructing the curriculum model, teaching mode and employment service system. And, the last section, discusses how to construct a social environment for supporting system that facilitates the female student's professional career development according to the three aspects: school, organization and society.
