Employment is affecting everyone as well as the stable of society. Professionalvalue is an important factor that influences the employment of everyone. China’scurrent economic develops quickly. The society and culture increase rich and diverse.Besides, under the impact of Western economic crisis. People’s choices andexpectation in careers are changing. In this paper, we focus on professional values offemale student in higher vocational colleges. We try to learn the general condition ofthose student’s professional values,and found out what need to be improved.Firstly,we analysis the concept, the structure and the influencing factors ofprofessional values. Then we choose a questionnaire from Professor Jin Shenghua asour survey questionnaire. We had survey568female students in higher vocationalcolleges in Nanchang city. We found that different background have some effect onthe professional values of female students.According to this study,the female student’s professional values are significantdifference when the family incomes are different. Besides the qualify of careereducation also have a huge effect on female student’s professional values.Combining with the interviews, we try to finger out the problem and influencingfactors of female students’s professional values.Our ultimate goal is try to improve female student’s professional values.According to the characteristics and existing problems of female student, we concludefive suggestions: set up big goals, cultural and ethics education, carrying out asystemic career education, promoting the values of equality between men and women,cultivating down-to-earth awareness.
