Female College Students Career Attribution Style And The Employment Relationship

In recent years,the female college students’ employment problem increased.Female students’employment problem is concerned by the universal attention from all walks of life of oursociety.This paper takes female college students as the research object.The purpose is to explorethe relationship between the female college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,rofessional attribution style and professional pending.We also expect to provide reference foruniversities employment instruction institutions,to further strengthen the female universitystudents’ career planning guidance,to guide the female college students’ employment in a moreeffective way.In this study,we took500five universities’ female college students in WeiFang,XuZhou andQuFu as the research object,used the analysis of literature and the literature analysisquestionnaire.We also used SPSS17.0and LISREL8.7to process the data.We analysed femalecollege students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,professional attribution style andprofessional pending through the descriptive statistical analysis.We used the independent samplet-test and single factor analysis of variance to discuss the difference of demography variables inthe female college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,professional attribution styleand professional pending.Through the relevant analyses,we discussed the relationship betweencareer decision-making self-efficacy,professional attribution style and professional pending. Weanalyzed the mediating role of career decision-making self-efficacy between professionalattribution style and professional pending with the structure equation model.At last, we drow thefollowing several conclusions:(1) In the female university students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, the dimension ofscoring and total questionnaire score were more than the moderate intensity value3, whichproved our state’s female university students’ career decision-making self-efficacy is high andabove the average. In the female college students’ professional attribution style, the dimensionscores and total questionnaire scores were lower than that of the critical value3points.It provedthat the female college students’ professional attribution style tend to be internal, stability anduniversality,control in attribution. In the female college students’ professional pending,directional scale and emotional comfort scale scores were larger than critical value3, the reasonscale score was lower than the critical point. The total score of professional pending was2.847,below critical value.It showed that our female college students’ professional pending level is onthe high side.(2) Female university students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, professional attributionstyle and professional pending had Significant differences in grade variables.Female college students’ professional attribution style in the father’s occupation, mother professional variablehad significant differences. Female college students’ professional pending in mother professionalvariable and wether have part-time experience or not variable showed significant differences.Female college students had significantly difference in there variables.Female college students’career decision-making self-efficacy, professional attribution style and professional pending inother demographic statistics variables didn’t exist differences or no significant difference.(3) Female college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and professional attributionstyle had a significant negative correlation in positive stability, positive, negative control hadsignificant positive correlation in dimension control, and negative stability.(4) Female college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and directional dimension,the emotional comfort dimension of professional pending had extremely significant positivecorrelation, and had extremely significant negative correlation in reason dimension.(5) Female college students’ professional pending and professional attribution style ofpositive stability, positive, negative control stability, negative universality dimension hassignificant correlation.(6)Female college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy had part intermedi-aryfunction between female college students’ positive events career attribution style andprofessional pending.
