In the world today, many developed countries have been paid more and more attention to career education. From elementary school, middle school, university or even during the working process are provided with different requirements of career courses to help the individual raise the better self-understanding, grasp the dynamic career development, realize the job-person-fit and enhance the career planning ability.The study of this thesis adopts the nonequivalent control group of experimental research method.The object of study is the second grade students from one Vocational Art School in Hangzhou, that is to select two classes with one class as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The students in the experimental group receive the self-designed career courses with periodic teaching once a week,45 minutes each, with a total of 10 times. The students in control group remain to receive the original teaching without any contect of career course teaching.This study is self-deigned and edited under the guidance of the related theories of Career Development Theory of Super, Trait-FactorTheory of Frank Parsons and Holland Occupation Interest Theory etc. with the combination of related successful experience in occupation career at home and abroad. Based on the resaerch tools of "career self concept scale"," occupational values scale", "youth career development scale" as a research tool for the experimental group, both the pre-test and post test were implemented for control group and experimental group in the above three scales. The datas obtained were independently done the sample T test in order to test whether the score of" career course" have significant differences in scales.At the same time, the reference of career satisfaction questionnaire, interview data of Individual student from experimental group and parents questionnaire of relative parents etc.are as a supplement to the experimental results.In view of the above experiments for further analysis and discussion, find out the research limitations, put forward the opinion of career education, hope career education will be carried out Vocational Art School as soon as possible, develop and enhance students’ career planning ability. In addition, sincerely hope that this research can improve and enrich the construction of art performance specialty and has certain reference value ro promote art education through the self-edited career development course.
