Since the reform and opening up,China has actively developed the manufacturing industry relying on huge human resources,and has now become a world manufacturing power.However,with the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for the quality of consumer products are getting higher and higher,making the requirements of skills in various manufacturing industries more and more strict,and the transformation of China's manufacturing industry is imminent.As the backbone of the manufacturing transformation,skilled talents are closely related to product quality,enterprise competitiveness and enterprise innovation ability.Training high-quality skilled talents has a great impetus to the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the training status of skilled talents in Fuzhou secondary vocational schools in the context of China's manufacturing transformation.This paper first introduces the research background and related theoretical concepts,and lays a theoretical foundation for later writing.Secondly,from the perspective of the practicality of the training of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools and the supporting role of skilled talents in the transformation of manufacturing industry,the relationship between skilled talents and the transformation of manufacturing industry is analyzed.Skilled talents are the backbone of the transformation of manufacturing industry.China's manufacturing transformation provides human and intellectual support.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of Fuzhou four secondary vocational schools to analyze the main problems of the training of skilled talents in Fuzhou secondary vocational schools,including: failing to keep up with market demand,and ambiguous goal of talent training;the curriculum is not reasonable.The teaching model is rigid;the school infrastructure is imperfect,the school-enterprise cooperation is not in place;the school pays attention to the lack of innovation and lacks the ability to cultivate.The main causes of problems are: social cognition bias,low recognition of secondary vocational education;flaws in the education system,uneven distribution of educational resources;disparate training objectives and society,and poor implementation of school-enterprise cooperation.Then,based on the experience of the training model of skilled talents in vocationalschools at home and abroad,we will improve the training environment for skilled talents in secondary vocational schools,that is,strengthen the propaganda and change the inherent concepts;increase policy support,improve the training environment and optimize the secondary vocational school.The school's skill-based talent training program is to clarify the training objectives,correctly understand the role of secondary vocational education;to set the profession and curriculum rationally based on the society and the market;to improve the infrastructure,to broaden the various service channels of the school;to improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,Promote the effective implementation of practical practice;strengthen the management of teachers and innovate the teaching methods of teachers to provide suggestions for the training of skilled talents in Fuzhou secondary vocational schools.Finally,the paper summarizes the paper and points out the next research direction.
