The aviation manufacturing in China is advancing from inferior manufacturing country to superior manufacturing great power. It will bring more and more significant effects such as high industry correlativity, powerful technological radiation and technical guidance. Recently, aviation industry is the strategic status which represents the national integrated strength, battle capability of army, national transportation capability, national technological strength and the supplier of high consumable. This decides that the aviation manufacturing in China must create the high-level skilled talent in support who can adapt to varieties of changes according to the developing tactic with the viewpoints of total industry and value links if it wants to expand more powerfully and turn into aviation monopolize industry link in the world.Starting with analysis and summary of fostering experience to high-level skilled talent in the enterprises of main developed countries all over the world, this article spreads the discussion to fostering modes of high-level skilled talent in the HY aviation manufacturing corporation in order, pays more attention to describe and analyze the regular fostering process to high-level skilled talent in this corporation. There are eight sections in the whole process administration including conception leading and starting system plan, union between universities and corporations, veteran-to-prentice fostering, system training, project competition, two tutors'composite fostering, occupational skill qualification, integrated culture improvement though learning, communication and innovation. The fostering to high-level skilled talent can be completed through this cycle. Meanwhile, in the aspect of fostering mode assurance to talent,the article argues the effects of two security systems which are basic resources and motivate mechanism. On this base, this thesis evaluates the regular fostering to high-level skilled talent in the HY aviation manufacturing corporation in the theoretical viewpoints of strategy, systematization, efficiency and so on. In the end, the suggestions of improvement and promotion are pointed out for the existing problems of fostering modes to high-level skilled talent in this corporation. The analysis and discussion of fostering modes to high-level skilled talent in the HY aviation manufacturing corporation, as far as the work about this in the AVIC is concerned, on the one hand, will bring the effects of participation and reference, on the other hand, provide certain theoretical significances and practical values to further innovation and development of fostering modes to high-level skill talent.
