On the base of positive investigation, the author take homosexuality in Thailand as the object of the research, the thesis discusses how the homosexuality was constructed by both social toleration and social exclusion.According the different sort and characteristic of homosexuality, the author sort it into six sorts, they are Gay King, Gay Queen, Tom, Dee, Kathoey and Dud. Author selected two homosexuality in every sorts and get the profuse information from both case interview and group interview. At the same time, author interview some Thai people to get complementary information, thus we can see the consistency and distinction on the construct of homosexuality subculture in Thailand through "insider "and "outlier".There are four parts in this thesis:Part 1: Expatiate the background, significance and intention of the research, and also, author give the connotation of concepts related to the research. At last, author introduce the method and the course of the research.Part 2: Author retrospect the literature related the research, review the form, development and application domain of the theory of social exclusion. And also, we review the related research of homosexuality in Thailand.Part 3: Interview the research objects as the sorts of homosexuality to analyze the relationship between social toleration and homosexuality subculture in Thailand, contemporary the relationship between social exclusion and homosexuality subculture in Thailand. As the social toleration, analyze with the view of religion and economy. As the social exclusion, analyze with the view of culture and politic exclusion.Part 4: Summarize that the homosexuality subculture in Thailand is effected by the social toleration and social exclusion, formed and development by the high sense of self-identity by the sub-colony of homosexuality. At the end, author analyzed the three points of limitation in this research. They are deficiency of literature, embarrassment of the selection in homosexuality and the handicap in language.
