Along with the coming of economic globalization, the importance of Science and technology has been becoming more and more obvious. Under such new situation, education which is closely related with the science and technology has become the breakthrough point of every country's Science and technology development. Developed countries have aimed at the educational reform as if by prior agreement. Under such background, an educational reform's storm is engulfing the entire world. Our Government holds the opportunity, and startsan educational revolution-----New Curriculum Reform. New Curriculum Reform requests usto construct the classroom instruction which"Has the vitality" and create the democratic and harmonious classroom instruction. Teachers become "Chiefs of Equality", so it's necessary to raise students' creativity and the imagination during teaching. However, the creativity and imagination is a kind of thinking in images which is esteemed by the ancient and modern writers and critics from China and abroad. Today, many topic researches show that it's possible and valuable to raise the thinking in images during the Chinese teaching. Chinese class is quite a rich domain. I have ever raised the students' imagination in view of poetry teaching. After summarying the teaching experience, I think we can improve the students' imagination from the following six aspects:1. Strengthening the students' accumulation of poetry. We must make our students launch the rich imagination in massive accumulation foundation,or it will be the castle in the air.2. Holding the key image to analyze and make teacher and student interactions. Let the students analyze the key image from multi-stratification planes under teacher's instruction so as to improve their imagination.3. Raising the students' imagination in the process of their understanding the poetry's ideal conditions. From images to ideal conditions, to experience the ideal conditions carefully, and feel the poetry artistic connotation. 4. Catchinging the Chinese poetry's main characteristics such as "Expressing feelings taking advantage of the things".5. Using the key words and sentences to make a thorough analysis and raise the students' imagination.6. Using modern science and technology method to guide and help students to open the wings of imagination. Such teaching practices show that it does improve students' thinking in images and foster the custom of thinking and imagining to carry on the inquisition practice during classes and guide the student to carry on the imagination in the key place. Through such way and suitable environment, it will raise their imagination and provide a new domain for the teaching research.
