The Research On Distributing Actuality Of Higher Education Resources In Hunan Province

The development of higher education is very important to the development of whole society, and then the higher education resource affluent degree and distribute situation are not only related to the development of regional higher education, but also related to the higher education fairness and development of regional economies. In recent years, with the popularization of higher education in-depth developing, the total quantity of higher education resources in Hunan province is increasing day by day : The universities quantity increase Continuously, the contingent faculty growth gradually, the conditions continue to improve. At the same time, the interregional distributing of higher education resources in Hunan is also changing. But,the imbalance distributing of universities, the irrational distributing of teacher resources ,the unevenly distributing of higher education funding was still restraining the integrated development of higher education in Hunan province.Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the current situation of higher education resources distributing in Hunan Province, then find out the problems and analyse the impact of factors about it, at last give some suggestions to coordinate the distributing of higher education resources in Hunan province,thus narrow the regional developement gap of higher education in Hunan province, and promote the further development of the whole society .Specifically ,from the aspect of coordinate the regional education and economic development, to narrow the distributing gap of higher educational resources; from the point of view that explore and utilize teacher resources rationally, to settle up the shortage of teachers in underdeveloped areas; from the aspect of strengthen government investment and university self-financing capacity ,to address the uneven distributing of education funds.
