The Study Of The Values Of The Local Curriculum In The Northwest Nationality Region In The Theory Of Values Of Culture

In order to reach the teaching aims which are"to develop students and serve for local economy and culture", the local curriculum in the Northwest region has to define the individual values and the social values which are given by the curriculum on the foundation of the Northwest region culture. The thesis choses the theory of culture value as the view to explore the values the local curriculum in the Northwest region can possibly give to the individual and the local society so as to provide the premise and the foundation for the domains and the teaching aims of the local curriculum in the Northwest region and to establish the basic instruction standards for the making of the local curriculum in the Northwest region .First, by interviewing the designers and the editors and by analysing the edited textbooks, the thesis shows and analyses the value reality of the local curriculum in the Northwest region from which popular problems are concluded ,then the question of"In theory what the value of the curriculum in the Northwest region is"has been asked . After that, with the theory of culture value as the view, the research is to explore the values that culture and local culture can play and to conclude the characteristics of the Northwest region culture.At last, by studying the relation between the curriculum and the culture , the research finds that the values of the local curriculum in the Northwest region are"making a living for the individual, the promotion for the formation and the development of the individual's consciousness, the promotion for the individual's independent development, the maintenance of social relations and social stability, forming the development pattern in the Northwest society, the promotion for the local society's harmonious development."...
