Vocational education is work education, social needs is the greatest driving of vocational education. Therefore, talent training is the fundamental task of schools, teaching reform is the main body of the school reform, as a higher vocational colleges ,it mainly forces on training the forefront of project and production applied talents, only change educational thought and the notion of education ,and reform talent training mode and educational methods and means, it will train the applied talent with adapting to the development of modernization and having innovative and high-quality, and make a positive contribution for the country rely on science and educationThrough the establishment of the new mode personnel training, school use that North China Oilfield enterprises speed up the development needs of talent and the favorable opportunity ,by the virtue of their own advantages and characteristics of college for the oil companies to provide effective services, and actively adapt to business needs, based on mutual benefit, seeking to service Support and development to contribute to a win-win situation for the value orientation, situation for the value orientation, oil companies of much-needed high-quality training ability, and adapt to the modern period of service personnel to meet the business development of the oil shortage of operating positions to the demand and achieve And the deep-level cooperation between enterprises, access to schools, businesses, students tripartite satisfied with the results.This text will analyze the establish of the mode of people's training in the BHSY Vocational College by using the knowledge system and the process of project management, expatiate how to establish the mode of people's training through the five process in the project management ,startup,plan,carry out,control as well as finish .This text will do some demonstration investigation in the base of theory analyzing ,which provide foundation of practice for the theory analyzing to confirmation the maneuverability of research method.
